Lindsay Lohan Has Passed Like 10 Drug Tests

We know it's only been a couple of weeks since they let her out of rehab, but Lindsay Lohan is still clean. So you haters had better recognize.

The troubled one has passed "up to 10" random drug and alcohol tests in the two weeks after she left the Betty Ford Center, according to reports.

The 24-year-old has had to submit to a series of spontaneous tests and has passed each one so far. We are happy and a bit surprised to hear it.

"Lindsay is doing 4-5 tests a week and she has passed all of them with flying colors," says the actress' always reputable father, Michael Lohan.

Lohan has been low key since she being freed from the court ordered program. She even spent Sunday watching the Golden Globes on TV.

In years past, she might have done this.

"She's doing really great right now," Michael said. "She is serious about staying healthy and is avoiding all the old things she used to do."

Seriously, the girl commits probation violations like Miley Cyrus' idiot friends take semi-scandalous pics and videos of her. Lindsay's little scuffle at Betty Ford may ultimately land her in a heap of trouble, and possibly even back in jail.

Her fate rests with the Riverside County District Attorney.
Officials believe Lindsay violated her probation in the altercation with a Betty Ford Center staff member, and if the judge handling her case agrees ... trouble.

Dawn Holland, a staffer at Betty Ford, claims Lindsay assaulted and injured her last month after allegedly violating her curfew. Lindsay sort of denies this.

For whatever reason, Holland, who was fired for blabbing about the event to TMZ, pulled a 180 and told police she had no interest in pursuing the case.

Without a witness cooperating, the case should go away. Right?

Not necessarily. The Riverside PD says the case will be submitted to the D.A. anyway because police believe Lindsay may have committed battery.

That would therefore constitute a violation of her probation. Very clearly stated, one of the terms of probation is that Lindsay must obey all laws.

The Riverside PD is forwarding its file on the case to the L.A. County Probation Office. Our guess is they'll still drop it, but it remains open for now.

Lindsay Lohan Discharged From Rehabilitation Center

Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan after spending more than three months at the rehab center has finally been discharged. The beauty who was staying at the Betty Ford Center was released on Monday.

Lohan, 24 was ordered to spend three months at the center by the judge after she failed in a drug test. Now, the beauty has got another chance to make her life and career stable.

However, her discharge from the center doesnot means that she is a free bird as she would suppose to undergo regular drug and alcohol test and sittings with psychiatrist till the court hearing on Feburary. 24.

Meanwhile, on Saturday the actress had posted on her Twitter page that now she is going to take "one step at a time," and added that she is highly inspired by Mahatma Gandhi.

Lindsay compares self to Britney

Lindsay Lohan has put herself side by side with Britney Spears when it comes to struggling with fame publicly.

While the ‘Mean Girls’ actress had been arrested in 2007 on drink driving charges, subsequently landing in rehab as one of her many problems, Britney had undergone a series of public meltdown, in addition to having lost custody of her two sons.

Writing on her MySpace.com blog, Lindsay praised the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker for her attempts to get her life back on track while comparing her own plight with the recovering singer, reports the Sun. She wrote: "I feel like Britney Spears is an amazing talent, and she has gone through a lot, (just as I have) in the public eye which is not necessarily a bad thing. It teaches young girls and boys that there are certain things in life that you should not let get in the way of your dreams and accomplishments.”

She continued: “Also that you need to take care of yourself before anyone else, and I mean anyone and everyone else. So YAY Britney for just being you and still following through with your dreams.”
