John, Bipasha headed for break-up

People envy of Bipasha Basu as she is the soul mate of the most handsome guy of the industry, John Abraham. But according to the latest buzz, the relationship is going though rough patch. John and Bipasha are heading towards spiltville. Their solo appearances in recently held events throw the indication that the couple is no more together.

Confirming the cracks in John-Bips relationship, a source said, “They have known each other for over eight years now. But their differences seem to be increasing over time. There seems to be signs of boredom and things are heading for a dead end. Buzz doing the B-Town rounds is that the two don`t seem interested in each other.”

“Bipasha attended Hrithik Roshan`s recent birthday bash solo. She was keen that John accompany her but he preferred to skip it. The duo has also been doing solo endorsements of late while other B-Town couples are being offered joint deals”, said the source.

But Bipasha denies the report and justifies their solo appearances as such, “I am used to this now. Both of us have been busy so we have not been seen in public. I was travelling for work and he`s been shooting for Vipul Shah`s film. All going good!”

Back in Srinagar to shoot for 'Lamhaa', Bipasha Basu says that she’s not going to risk her life for a film. This is what the dusky beauty says about the issue.
“Too much was made out of the whole thing (when Bips left the schedule in Srinagar earlier). Lamhaa is a difficult film. There was bound to be ups and downs. The producer and director knew why I left. A certain amount of security was promised. The first seven days were absolute chaos – nothing was organised and there was a lack of security,” she said.

“Yes, my work is my life. But then, I’ve a life beyond work. I’m not going to risk my life unnecessarily for any film. Who comes to hold your hand when you’re in pain? Let’s be optimistic,” she added.

She said, “This time, hopefully, we’ll shoot without any trouble. Let’s be sensible about it. Lamhaa is a sensible film and it would be difficult for audiences to follow (the language and behaviour of the local Kashmiri girls, which she’d planned to learn earlier). At the end of the day, we’re making a commercial film.”

“I love working with Rahul Dholakia (the director of Lamhaa ). He’s fun and funny. We’ve a strange equation. He looked at me at the start and asked if I am a method actor. I liked that. It showed the director had enough respect in me to first find out what kind of an actress I am,” she added.

Bipasha Basu refuses to appear with Juhi

Well, there have been reports not very long ago about how Sony TV approached both Juhi Chawla and Bipasha Basu to play judge in the third season of the Sony Reality Show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.

In fact an official statement from Sony confirms the same.

The statement says, "Sony has approached both Juhi and Bipasha but none has been signed. First it was the strike and then the unfortunate blasts that have put the formal proceedings of the show off track.

In fact the show was supposed to be launched in February 2009 but looks like that too will get pushed ahead."

But the next twist in the tale is that Bipasha Basu has made it clear that she will only do the show if Juhi is not on the panel. Apparently, the Bong Babe doesn't want the limelight to be shared!
