Lara Dutta and tennis star Mahesh Bhupthai have been dating
for quite a long period and now the duo has decided to take wedding vows. The nuptial has been fixed on February 19th. The couple has opted for Goa wedding as Goa is a favorite place of both Lara and Mahesh. They would tie the knot in a plush five star hotel in Goa.
Confirming the news, a source said, “Lara and Mahesh love Goa. They both decided to convert their favourite holiday spot into a place that would be memorable to them forever.”
Post the wedding, Lara would move to Mahesh apartment in Nibbana Society at Pali Hill.
Bhupathi was legally divorced for his first wife Shweta Jaishankar. In the past, Lara was in a relationship with Kelly Dorjee and with Dino Morea.
Bipasha Basu drops her clothes

With three films in a row, she has bounced back. Bipasha Basu bags an international project, ‘Singularity’ with Hollywood hunk Josh Harnett. She will be seen in Abbas Mustan’s thriller, ‘Players’ and Sippy’s ‘Dum Maro Dum’.

Anushka spits on Akshay’s face
Akshay Kumar is a number 1 star of Bollywood
and Anushka Sharma is just a beginner. When she had to face Akshay for the first time on the set of 'Patiala House', she was bit nervous. But Akshay knows how to make his co-star feel ease. He is a prankster and he cracked joke on the set of ‘Patiala House’ also. On knowing that Anushka is nervous to face him, Akki asked her to spit on his face.
Says a source, "It was really hilarious to see how Akshay treated Anushka on her first day on the sets of PATIALA HOUSE. Akshay told Anushka to spit on his face because the lines that she was delivering had the word "spit". Anushka was simply taken aback but had no choice but to do that."
The ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ accepts that it was bit difficult for her to spit on his face. "I was in such a difficult state on my first day of shoot. On one side there was this burden of facing the superstar and on the other Akshay insisted that I spit on his face, it was really a tough act. But, then Akshay is such a sport, eventually it turned out to be a fun act", adds the source.
Hope, Akshay makes a wonderful pairing with Anushka also.

Rati Agnihotri marks 48th birthday
As the actress turns 48 today, Indiatimes Movies reveals some lesser known facts about the lovely actress.
The actress is very organized in personal life. He loves to keep all things sorted out and this one thing helps her manage her home perfectly. No wonder then that the woman could balance her home, creative interests and films all so well. She was quoted as saying, “I am very organized. I think it is a birth defect. I cannot be haphazard even if I try!"
She might have worked in a plethora of good movies in Bollywood and down South, but she does have some favorites. When it comes to Hindi films, Rati feels, Ek Duje Ke Liye, Tawaif, Shubkamana, Mujhe Insaaf Chahiye and Shaukeen were the best for she enjoyed doing the different roles. Coolie, Mazdoor and a few more are her second best
Rati married businessman and architect Anil Virwani in February 1985 and gave up films for 16 years. The actress leads a happy married life and credits her husband and son for her successful comeback in films. In one of her interview, the actress revealed that lot of people advised her not to give up films. But in her book, family had to come first.
Apart from being a great actress and dancer, Rati has other creative talents too. While away from Bollywood, Rati helped her architect husband with some architectural creations. She also received a degree in Reiki, which enables her to distantly heal people.
In 2006, Rati and her husband opened a shopping mall called Virwani Plaza in Pune, where one of the stores 'Om to Home - Candles and More in the Mall' houses artefacts, exclusive fashion accessories, and candles all personally designed by Rati.

Kambhakkt Ishq won’t help Kareena
Kareena Kapoor won all the awards and accolades for her lively performance in Jab We Met last year. But 2008 has comparatively been more unproductive for the actress with Tashan being a disaster at the box-office, Roadside Romeo not finding much acceptance with the audience and the only hit Golmaal Returns not working much in her favour. Golmaal Returns was one of those films, which as Kareena confesses, she did just for some fun (and obviously good money). So the overall success ratio that Kareena had in 2008 was next to nothing.
That makes us wonder – what will be her fate with films in 2009? The 3 films she has on her hands are 3 Idiots , Main Aur Mrs Khanna and Kambhakt Ishq . Of that, Kambhakt Ishq has been in news for its international cast. We ask prominent numerologist Niraj Mancchanda on Kareena’s success ratio in 2009 and with some quick calculations he reverts saying, “ Kambhakkt Ishq will be commercially successful but Kareena won’t get much credit for the film.”
But with Kareena being the lead actress of the film won’t she be the one hogging all the limelight? But seeing what Golmaal Returns did to her, where the film was promoted on her name but Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor gained more recognition, it is quite possible that she could be sidelined in Kambhakkt Ishq.
Mancchanda goes on to add, “Its international celebrities like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, who are a part of the film, who will walk away with maximum recognition for Kambhakkt Ishq ”. Interestingly the title Kambhakkt Ishq in itself has some numerological alterations done to its name. Sajid Nadiadwala’s last film Heyy Babyy also was numerologically reworked with extra alphabets.

Neetu Chandra will control Suneil Shetty
It might have been dream for any new actor to reign over veteran actors and if the actors are Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal the dream becomes more intense to touch reality.
Albeit the control of those well acknowledged actors are in hands of their wives Swarup Sanpat and Mana Shetty, of late their remote control has landed in the hands of Neetu Chandra.
Actually Neetu is playing the role of Mayabati Choutala, a Jutt police officer in Ashwini Dheer’s “One Two Three”. The story of the film is based on robbery and Mayabati, the Hariyanvi speaking inspector, is investigating the case.
And for the sake of investigation she doubts all the other characters in the film. Thus she rules over all others. Neetu is very excited for her character as well as the film.
When she is asked about the matter Neetu said, “they are all veteran actors. How come anyone controls them so easily? And having the chance how can I let it go?” Not only that Suneil Shetty is controlled by Neetu but he is also playing the role of her love interest. So, Neetu has two reasons to reign over Suneil.
Now the bossy attitude that Neetu is offered in the film
may be showing the future where Neetu will have control
over the whole film industry. And that’s not prediction
but hope that Neetu lives with.
